Three days and no blog now, Simon will kill me…I will be back tomorrow with a vengeance I promise…after the Olympics have finished and I bemoan the fact that another one goes by that I could have been competing at…if it wasn’t for injuries and studies and blah blah blah. At least by 2012 I would have been too old to compete anyway so I will have stopped the moaning by then.

Who am I kidding? At 36 I’m too old to have competed in Beijing too! Mind you, I’m sure I would have given that Usein a run for his money

If I ever feel the urge I may bore you all with my stories of old which involve me and athletics…you may need to get me drunk first though..
